Some of our Main activities

FREE MEDICAL CAMPS
The organization has organized multiple free medical camps, extending vital healthcare services to the community. Over 400 individuals benefitted from complimentary consultations, X-rays, and essential medications. These initiatives underscore our commitment to addressing healthcare disparities and ensuring access to quality medical care for all, particularly those in underserved areas.

PLANTATION DRIVE
Due to global warming, a very bad impact is creating on the environment. For the said purpose AWO took an initiative of “Clean & Green Pirabad”. As such, it is very necessary to plant more trees. As a result, the Organization has been distributed and planted hundreds of plants from time to time which were provided by the “Divisional Forest Office, Mardan”. Which is indeed a significant role for keeping the environment clean & green.

MALARIA AWARENESS SESSIONS
The Organization conducted malaria awareness sessions, reaching out to over two hundred individuals, in collaboration with the renowned “Indus Hospital.” These sessions aimed to educate the community about malaria prevention, symptoms, and treatment options. Through this partnership, vital information was disseminated, contributing to enhanced public health awareness and proactive measures against the spread of malaria in the region.

BLOOD GROUPING CAMP
The organization has established the “Khegara Blood Donation Society” to facilitate blood donations during emergencies. A blood grouping camp was organized to determine the blood types of individuals. Village youth participated in checking their blood groups, fostering a culture of voluntary blood donation. This initiative ensures timely access to compatible blood units, potentially saving lives in critical situations.

DISTRIBUTION OF CORONA SAFETY KITS & FOOD PACKAGES DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Organization distributed masks, sanitizers, and gloves to the community, installed soaps in mosques, and conducted disinfection sprays in communal areas. These provisions, provided by the Deputy Commissioner Office, Mardan, aimed to ensure safety measures. Additionally, food aid was distributed to support individuals severely affected by the pandemic.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION IN RAMADAN-UL-MUBARAK
Annually during the Holy month of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, the Ansar Welfare Organization distributes food packages to impoverished and deserving communities. This initiative aims to alleviate hunger and provide sustenance to those in need during this sacred time. Through these efforts, the organization demonstrates its commitment to supporting vulnerable populations and fostering community well-being.

WHEELCHAIRS DISTRIBUTION
The Ansar Welfare Organization extended assistance to individuals in dire need by providing wheelchairs to deserving recipients. This initiative aimed to enhance mobility and improve the quality of life for those facing physical challenges. By addressing the specific needs of individuals, the organization demonstrates its commitment to promoting inclusivity and ensuring that all members of the community have access to essential support services.

SWEATERS DISTRIBUTION
Annually, during the winter season, the Ansar Welfare Organization distributes sweaters to underprivileged students, both boys and girls, attending Government schools. This compassionate gesture ensures that vulnerable children have adequate warmth during the colder months, mitigating the impact of harsh weather conditions on their education and well-being. Through such initiatives, the organization actively contributes to the holistic development of disadvantaged youth in the community.

REGISTRATION OF NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS (NICS)
Addressing transportation and societal barriers, the Ansar Welfare Organization collaborated with NADRA and IRSP to arrange a NADRA Mobile Van for two days. This initiative facilitated the registration of fresh CNICs for females directly at their doorstep. Consequently, a significant number of women were able to avail themselves of this convenient service, overcoming logistical challenges and obtaining vital identification documents.

WALK & SEMINAR AGAINST AERIAL FIRING & DRUGS
The Organization took decisive action against aerial firing during Eid and wedding ceremonies, as well as drug abuse. A seminar and walk were conducted in collaboration with the Police Department and Haq Awaz Organization to address these issues. Mr. Abdul Aziz, Vice Chairman of Haq Awaz, commended the efforts of AWO and pledged free treatment for individuals referred by AWO.

INSTALLATION OF HAND PUMPS
The Ansar Welfare Organization partnered with the Salik Development Foundation to address water scarcity by installing hand pumps in areas lacking access to clean drinking water. This collaborative effort aimed to provide communities with a sustainable solution, ensuring that individuals have reliable access to safe drinking water for their daily needs, thus improving their overall quality of life.

RENOVATION OF JANAZGAH
The Organization undertook the renovation of the Janazgha in Pirabad village, installing durable tiles covering an area exceeding 3000 square feet and conducting necessary repainting. This initiative aimed to enhance the infrastructure and aesthetics of the Janazgha, providing a dignified and functional space for funeral rites and community gatherings, thereby meeting the needs of the local populace.

AFTAR PARTY
Ramadan signifies more than fasting; it embodies generosity, community, and spiritual rewards. In this spirit, the Organization hosted an Iftar party for villagers, fostering unity and connections among diverse individuals. Such gatherings promote community cohesion and provide opportunities for people to come together, strengthen bonds, and share in the blessings of Ramadan while promoting messages of unity, peace, and prosperity.

FORMATION OF ANSAR YOUTH FORCE (AYF)
The Ansar Youth Force (AYF) initiated their mission by gathering discarded plastic bottles, aiming to mitigate environmental pollution and prevent drain blockages. Recognizing the potential for recycling, AYF plans to repurpose these bottles into decorative items, plant pots, and other useful products. This effort underscores AYF’s commitment to environmental sustainability and community improvement through proactive initiatives.

FLOOD RELIEF CAMP
The Ansar Youth Force, supervised by the Ansar Welfare Organization (Reg.), established a three-day relief camp for flood-affected individuals in Swat, Charsadda, and Nowshera districts. This initiative aimed to provide support and solidarity to those facing adversity due to the flood, demonstrating compassion during their time of trial. Through such efforts, the Ansar Youth Force underscores its commitment to assisting communities in times of need.

FLOOD RELIEF 2022 IN DISTRICT CHARSADDA AND NOWSHEHRA
After conducting a thorough survey, members of the Ansar Youth Force distributed 60 relief packages to flood-affected individuals in Charsadda and Nowshera districts, under the supervision of the Ansar Welfare Organization (Reg.). Each package included one flour bag, two bottles of mineral water, and two mosquito nets. In total, 60 flour bags, 120 bottles of mineral water, and 150 mosquito nets were distributed across both districts.

FLOOD RELIEF 2022 IN DISTRICT OF SWAT
During the second phase, the Ansar Welfare Organization distributed 55 relief packages to flood-affected residents of Palmeer village (Kalam), Swat district. Each package contained essentials like flour, cooking oil, sugar, pulses, and tea. Furthermore, the organization donated Rs. 20,000 in cash to a flood-affected individual whose house suffered complete damage. These efforts aimed to provide immediate assistance and support to those severely impacted by the floods.

DISTRIBUTION OF COMPUTER UNDER LEARN TO EARN INITIATIVE
The Ansar Welfare Organization’s “Learn to Earn” initiative aims to empower deserving and talented youth by enhancing their skills. In line with this mission, the organization provided a desktop computer (Core i5, 3rd generation) to a needy and talented student. With aspirations to utilize his skills to generate income and support his family, this support serves as a catalyst for his economic empowerment.

14TH August Celebration And Book Fair
“An Independence Day celebration and Book Fair were held in Pir Abad village, organized by Ansar Welfare Organization with Ansar Youth Force. The event featured stalls named ‘Ansar Freedom Stall,’ offering patriotic items for children, and the village’s inaugural book stall. Attendees, including youth, elders, and scholars, enjoyed national songs and paid tribute to Pakistani martyrs. Proposed initiatives included a library establishment to promote reading culture, led by Hafiz Maulana Muhammad Shad Ali Bacha.”

Wall Of Kindness
“Introducing the remarkable ‘Wall of Kindness’ initiative by Ansar Welfare Organization (AWO), reaching out to those in need with a compassionate hand. This beacon of hope provided essential clothing for community support over three days. Through this initiative, hundreds of deserving individuals received winter necessities including sweaters, jackets, shawls, clothes, socks, and shoes, demonstrating AWO’s commitment to fostering kindness and solidarity within the community.”

Mukha (OR) Makha Tournament
“Makha, a cherished tradition in Pashtun culture, is an archery sport played in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Organized by Ansar Welfare Organization, the first-ever Makha tournament was held in Tehsil Takht Bhai, marking a historic moment. Played with long arrows and bows, participants aim to hit a small white wooden target. This initiative celebrates cultural heritage while promoting community engagement and sporting excellence.”

Awareness Seminar
An awareness seminar titled “The Role of Youth in Social Services” was organized by Ansar Welfare Organization. Maulana Muhammad Siddique, founder of Takht Bhai Youth Parliament, and Mike College’s Principal was special guests. The organization’s chairman highlighted its objectives, while the guest speakers discussed the importance of youth involvement in societal service, leaving the audience greatly benefited. Special guest was honored with an appreciation certificate at the seminar’s conclusion.

Awareness Seminar With The Collabration Of Rescue 1122
Ansar Welfare Organization organized a training session with Rescue 1122 focusing on emergency safety measures. Topics included first aid, fire safety, and health safety control. Experienced trainers offered vital guidance, empowering participants with necessary knowledge for handling emergencies. At the session’s conclusion, trainers from Rescue 1122 were honored with commendatory certificates, acknowledging their significant role. This collaborative effort aimed to enhance community preparedness and response to critical situations.

Child Protection Seminar
Under the auspices of Ansar Welfare Organization (registered), a Child Protection seminar was jointly organized with Group Development Pakistan. The theme was “Child Protection, Prevention of Domestic Abuse, and Importance of Education,” addressing fundamental issues and rights of children. District Child Protection Officer, Aamir Sajid, and Group Development Pakistan representative, Rahil, attended. At the seminar’s conclusion, Chairman Pir Ashraf Ali thanked participants and guests, concluding with a social prayer.
